About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees food and beverage operations to ensure they run efficiently and consistently. Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the role supports daily operations with a primary focus on providing a fresh, efficient, customer-focused experience. The manager owns food and beverage programs, drives sales and performance, trains and develops Associates, and maintains safe, clean, and effective operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee food and beverage programs, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.
Drive food service sales and achieve performance goals while maintaining quality and consistency.
Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans that optimize results.
Serve as the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and encourage outstanding customer service.
Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
Recognize strong performance and help Associates grow.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
