About The Position
Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service-driven Dishwasher to join its fast-paced team. The Dishwasher cleans and sanitizes dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas to maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment. This is a full- or part-time position requiring morning, night, and weekend availability. Duties may be expanded or changed as management deems necessary.
Requirements
- Hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and customer service-driven.
- Availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
- Assist with basic food preparation and handling as needed.
- Stock food, utensils, and supplies in designated storage and service areas.
- Sweep, scrub, and clean kitchen floors and work surfaces.
- Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage cans; sort and remove trash to designated disposal areas.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as required.
- Follow department standards, safety guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
