About The Position

Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-service-driven Dishwasher to join its fast-paced team. The Dishwasher cleans and sanitizes dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas to maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment. This is a full- or part-time position with morning, night, and weekend availability. Employees have access to benefits and resort amenity usage. Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
Assist with basic food preparation and handling as needed.
Stock food, utensils, and supplies in designated storage and service areas.
Sweep, scrub, and clean kitchen floors and work surfaces.
Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage cans; sort and remove trash to designated disposal areas.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as required.
Follow all department standards, safety guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
