The Food & Beverage Attendant serves as the frontline customer-service representative at an assigned work location. The role supports operations at four themed food and beverage locations—Refuel, Scoops, Nonnaroni’s, and Snack Shack—by taking orders, preparing and serving menu items, and delivering positive guest experiences while meeting food-safety and quality standards. The position works eight-hour shifts, five or six or more days each week, depending on occupancy and staffing demand. Weekend and holiday work is required during peak demand. Several rotating schedule options are listed, with shifts beginning at 4:00 PM, 5:30 AM, or 3:00 PM and ending at 12:30 AM, 2:00 PM, or 11:30 PM. The attendant follows recipes, sanitation practices, ServSafe guidance, safety procedures, and applicable ABC licensing regulations. They instruct guests in cashless payment systems, help maintain a safe and interactive environment for children and families, work collaboratively with colleagues, and respond to guest concerns or refer them to management as appropriate. Team members under age 18 and/or part-time employees are not scheduled at Nonnaroni’s or Snack Shack, where beer is sold, and are not required to obtain an ABC license. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality, restaurant, or quick-service/fast-food experience is preferred. An ABC license is typically required within five days of the start date, with stated exceptions, and ServSafe Food Handler Program certification is required within 30 days of the start date. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, physical activity including standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as tolerating varying outdoor temperatures.
