About The Position

The Food & Beverage Attendant helps create a positive guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining the hotel’s complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception. The role keeps buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready for guests; greets guests and responds to questions or concerns; and assists with light food preparation, restocking, bussing tables, and supporting bar or service areas as needed. The attendant follows food safety, sanitation, safety, security, and company policies; monitors food quality, storage, and temperature standards; works with the team to keep service running smoothly; and communicates important updates during shift changes. No experience is required, and training is provided.

Requirements

A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team; training is provided and prior experience is not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 60 days.
