About The Position
The Food and Beverage Server at Letterpress, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make each meal experience special.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
- Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
