About The Position

As a Bellperson/Porter at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, you help create memorable guest experiences by welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing warm, attentive hospitality. You transport and store luggage, familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities, operate property vehicles to designated destinations, and keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
• Transport luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
