About The Position

The Busperson supports dining operations at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace by keeping dining areas clean and organized while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, transporting used tableware to the dishwashing area, maintaining stocked and clean service stations, and assisting servers with items such as beverages and bread. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
