About The Position

Food and Beverage Attendants, referred to in the description as Guest Service Experts, help create memorable guest dining experiences by providing a range of food and beverage services. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The role makes guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Success in the role requires helping maintain a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The work involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; reading and visually verifying menu information; and physical handling of objects. Other reasonable duties may be assigned. Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required or preferred.
• No license or certification is required.
