About The Position

NY Pie is hiring FOH Team Members for its Nashville West location. The role manages the guest dining experience in a warm, friendly pizzeria environment, providing extraordinary customer service and supporting both dine-in and takeout operations. Team members greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, operate the POS system, answer menu questions, and coordinate with kitchen staff. Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests.
• Ability to work closely with team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, often six or more hours.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with menu ingredients to address food allergies and dietary needs.
• Must possess or be willing and able to obtain the proper state service certification; restrictions apply.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Use the Toast POS system to enter food and beverage orders accurately for the kitchen.
• Ensure takeout orders are properly packed and coordinate with kitchen or waitstaff so complete meals reach the correct guests.
• Total bills, process cash and credit payments, and return change accurately.
• Clean and reset tables, clear dishes, and maintain station cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to support a seamless dining and takeout experience.
