About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned stores and help bring attractive floral arrangements to customers. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, following a planned route and using a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities. The role includes preparing stores for peak floral seasons and helping with display setups and inventory adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
- Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Help prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
- Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
