About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser in El Paso, Texas. The role visits assigned stores to maintain attractive floral displays, manage flower inventory, and represent Falcon Farms professionally. The merchandiser works independently while coordinating with store staff, local teams, and a supervisor. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and tools for the role. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with stated work windows of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $16.50 per visit. The position includes paid flower-handling training and a mobile phone allowance. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to full-time employees. The role involves frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder level, and standing and walking for most of the shift. Availability during peak season from November through May is required, including support for high-demand holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.

- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays clean, attractive, and well presented.
- Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for peak seasonal demand, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
- Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and adjusting inventory as needed.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
