About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores in El Paso, Texas. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while collaborating with local teams, and helps create attractive floral displays and optimize inventory. A planned route and tools are provided. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with pay of $16.50 per visit. The role includes maintaining displays, restocking and monitoring flowers, communicating with a supervisor using a mobile device, and interacting professionally with store employees, managers, and customers. Merchandisers may help prepare stores for peak holidays, participate in display resets and inventory adjustments, and assist teammates with special activities. The position requires frequent lifting and other physical activity, reliable transportation, internet access, and a smartphone. Availability during peak season from November through May is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season, November through May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for festive demand during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
