About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser for a single location in Oneida II, Tennessee. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in stores, works directly with clients, and independently maintains attractive flower displays and inventory while collaborating with local teams. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for the role. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., with pay of $35 per visit. The role includes paid training in flower handling and a mobile phone allowance. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to full-time employees. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required, including support for busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
Have internet access and a smartphone.
Be available to work during the peak season from November to May.
Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Be able to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other key dates.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
