About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores and create attractive floral displays. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works directly with clients, and works independently while collaborating with local teams. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Pay is $35.00 per visit. Availability during peak season, November through May, is required. The position involves physical activity, including frequently moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder height, and walking or standing for most of the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season, November through May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
