About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned stores. The role represents Falcon Farms in each store, working independently while collaborating with clients and local teams to create attractive displays and optimize inventory. The company provides a planned route and tools to support the work. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. The position pays $35.00 per service and includes paid training and a mobile phone allowance. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to full-time employees. The role also supports stores during peak floral seasons and holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and may involve department resets and special activities with teammates.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for demand during peak dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and adjusting inventory when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
