About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain attractive flower displays and manage inventory at assigned stores. The role represents Falcon Farms in each store, working independently while collaborating with clients and local teams. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. Work is scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required, including support for major floral seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during the peak season from November to May.
- Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays clean, attractive, and well presented.
- Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Help prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
