About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned stores. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with store staff, local teams, and teammates to create attractive displays and optimize inventory. A planned route and tools are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., with pay of $35 per visit. Availability during peak season from November to May is required. Additional support is needed during busy holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and for department resets and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season, November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for seasonal demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
