About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned store locations. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients, with a planned route and tools provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a flexible 1.5 hours per visit. Pay is $35 per visit. The role includes additional support for peak seasons, department resets, and teammates as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
