About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit an assigned store and ensure floral displays are attractive, organized, and adequately stocked. The role works independently while collaborating with store personnel, local teams, and teammates. A planned route and tools are provided. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., with availability required during peak season from November to May and additional support during key holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Pay is $35 per visit.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Have internet access and a smartphone.
• Be available to work during peak season from November to May.
• Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for festive demand during peak dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
