About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to represent the company in assigned stores, maintain attractive floral displays, and help optimize inventory. The role involves working independently while coordinating with clients and local teams. The company provides a planned route and tools for the visits, as well as paid training in flower handling. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The position requires availability during the peak season from November to May, including support around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Pay is $16.00. Full-time employees may access medical, dental, and vision benefits; this position is part-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for peak festive demand, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
