About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned stores. The role works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients to create attractive displays and optimize inventory. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. Work is scheduled Thursday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. The position requires availability during the peak season from November to May, including key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak seasonal demand, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
