About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores and ensure floral products are displayed attractively and inventory is maintained. The role works independently while collaborating with clients and local teams. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with availability required during peak season from November to May. During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, the merchandiser helps prepare stores for increased demand. The role also participates in new display setups and inventory adjustments when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above the shoulders.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Help prepare stores for festive demand during peak dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
