About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at assigned stores. The position offers a planned route and tools to support success, with independent work and collaboration with store employees, managers, customers, and local teammates. The merchandiser helps ensure flowers are attractively displayed and inventory is organized and ready for customers, including during peak festive seasons and department resets. Pay is $40 per visit. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with one flexible hour per visit. Availability during the peak season from November through May is required. The role involves frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder level, and standing and walking for most of the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during the peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for festive demand during peak dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
