About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain attractive floral displays and inventory at assigned stores. The role works independently while coordinating with local teams and clients, and includes a planned route. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. Availability during peak season, November through May, is required, as is support during high-demand holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Pay is $35 per visit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season, November through May.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays clean, attractive, and well-presented.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Help prepare stores for peak seasonal demand, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when needed.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
