About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores and maintain attractive floral displays. The role works independently while collaborating with store employees, clients, local teams, and teammates. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pay is $35.00 per visit. The position includes work during peak seasons, including November through May, and support for high-demand holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Merchandisers may also participate in department resets and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and courteously with employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
