About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores and maintain attractive floral displays. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works directly with clients, and collaborates with local teams while working independently. The company provides a planned route and tools needed for store visits. The role includes maintaining and restocking floral displays, organizing and monitoring inventory, communicating activities to a supervisor using a mobile device, and supporting new displays and inventory adjustments. Merchandisers may be needed during peak seasonal dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Availability during the November-to-May peak season is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
