About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create arrangements that bring customers’ visions for celebrations, romance, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. It also involves keeping workspaces and displays clean and organized, replenishing inventory, and carefully arranging floral products and supplies. You may lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds and use helium tanks and other floral tools. The position is described as entry level with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with fellow associates.

Responsibilities
