About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements based on customers’ ideas and occasions, using knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. The role also involves maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory, and keeping floral products and supplies arranged. You may lift and move products and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds and use helium tanks and other floral tools. The position requires customer service, creativity, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
