About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements to create arrangements for customers.

You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and handle floral products and supplies. The work involves standing and moving throughout the day, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and using floral tools and helium tanks. You also assist customers, use basic point-of-sale systems, and work with fellow associates to provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
