About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you help customers bring their ideas for celebrations, romantic occasions, and remembrance to life through floral arrangements. You use your knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements to create attractive arrangements. The role also involves maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory, and handling floral products and supplies, including lifting items up to 40 lbs. You may use helium tanks, floral tools, and basic point-of-sale systems, and work alongside other associates to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and interpret their ideas.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates as part of a team.

Responsibilities
