About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring Flooring Forepersons to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, and bring professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role requires willingness to travel and stay out of town, and may involve overnight, weekend, and holiday work. Compensation is $18–$35+ per hour, depending on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid by job.

Requirements

• Be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Be able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
