Flooring Service Foreperson (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews and repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems in commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The role includes diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, cleaning and disinfecting properties, using equipment and materials properly, complying with health and safety rules, meeting production targets, and submitting hours on time. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town and be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
- Initiative, self-starter qualities, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic and competitive drive.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.

- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
