Flooring Service Foreperson (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to lead flooring service maintenance crews. QuestMark provides flooring systems and coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail properties. The role repairs and maintains polished concrete and epoxy flooring, diagnoses floor issues and safety hazards, and cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects properties. The foreperson is expected to uphold health and safety requirements, use equipment and materials properly, meet production targets, and record hours promptly. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and must be able to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays. The stated pay rate is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter with professional integrity.
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
- Be willing to travel and stay out of town.
- Be able to work overnight, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
