About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson. QuestMark is a self-performing flooring contractor and provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role includes supervising flooring service maintenance crews and repairing and maintaining flooring systems. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnight, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Initiative, professional integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use equipment and materials properly.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input hours in a timely manner.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
