Flooring Service Foreperson (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews. The role involves repairing and maintaining polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, and cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The foreperson must follow health and safety regulations, use equipment and materials properly, meet production targets, and submit hours on time. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, strong communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role requires travel and overnight stays, and may involve working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

Responsibilities
