About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Service Foreperson to supervise flooring service maintenance crews and repair and maintain flooring systems in commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The role includes diagnosing floor issues and safety hazards, cleaning and disinfecting properties, using equipment and materials properly, meeting production targets, and entering hours promptly. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town and be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
• Initiative and a self-starting approach.
• High level of professional integrity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use equipment and materials properly.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input hours in a timely manner.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
