About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Flooring Foreperson to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. The role requires a strong work ethic, initiative, professional integrity, and a competitive drive. The foreperson is expected to follow safety requirements, use equipment and materials properly, meet production targets, and submit hours in a timely manner. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Commercial flooring experience preferred.
Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
Ability to work overnight, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
