About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at TOMMY HILFIGER provides an engaging customer experience while supporting store leadership and daily operations. The role serves as a key holder and leader on duty, with responsibility for opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, coaching associates in real time, and helping the management team deliver an exceptional store experience. The supervisor also represents the brand by staying informed about campaigns and product launches and sharing the brand vision with customers. The position works on the sales floor and includes processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and other store tasks. It requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and squatting, as well as carrying up to 20 pounds. Scheduling is flexible and includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
