About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at TOMMY HILFIGER delivers a high-quality customer experience and supports the brand’s standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this leader drives daily sales goals and helps foster a motivating and inclusive team environment. The role includes key-holder and leader-on-duty responsibilities, as well as hands-on support for store operations, inventory, restocking, and cashiering.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key-holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build customer affinity for the brand.
Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Represent the brand by staying informed about campaigns and product launches and sharing the brand vision with customers.
Support sales-floor and store operations, including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering.
Help create a motivating and inclusive team environment.
