About The Position

The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor and represents Calvin Klein’s minimalist and sensual brand perspective while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role contributes to store business results, maintains brand standards and visual presentation, and supports smooth store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager. As a key holder and leader on duty, the Floor Supervisor helps drive daily sales goals, opens and closes the store, coaches associates in real time, and supports a motivating, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create engaging interactions that inspire sales and build connection with the brand.
Serve as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing the store.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
Process, restock, and remerchandise products in alignment with the brand’s visual direction.
Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards.
