Floor Supervisor - Full-Time
About The Position
The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor and helps deliver a customer experience that represents Calvin Klein’s brand point of view. The role contributes to store business results, upholds brand standards and visual presentation, and supports smooth store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager. It also involves driving daily sales goals and helping create a motivating, inclusive team environment. The Floor Supervisor serves as a key holder and leader on duty, takes ownership of opening and closing the store, coaches associates in real time, and supports the management team. The role also includes representing the brand to customers and processing, restocking, and remerchandising merchandise in alignment with the brand’s vision.
Requirements
- Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, encourage conversation, and build sales and brand connection.
- Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering a strong store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
- Process, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in accordance with brand standards and vision.
- Support store operations and contribute to a motivating, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
