About The Position

The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor and promotes the Calvin Klein brand while delivering a customer experience that reflects its minimalist and sensual point of view. The role contributes to store business results, upholds brand standards and visuals, and supports smooth store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager. As a key holder and leader on duty, the Floor Supervisor helps drive daily sales goals and foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create engaging interactions that inspire sales and build a connection with the brand.
Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Represent the brand and share knowledge of its fashion with customers.
Process, restock, and remerchandise products in alignment with the brand’s vision.
Support store operations and uphold brand standards and visuals.
Promote pride, commitment, inclusion, and teamwork.
