About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor takes a leadership role in driving daily sales goals and helping create a motivating, inclusive team environment. The role involves leading as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, coaching associates in real time, and supporting the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience. The Floor Supervisor also represents the brand to customers, stays informed about campaigns and product launches, and supports day-to-day tasks such as processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The advertised pay range is $19.90–$25.15. Eligible associates may receive PVH benefits, subject to employment status, location, and length of employment.

Requirements

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities
