Floor Supervisor - Full-Time
About The Position
The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor and helps deliver a customer experience that reflects Calvin Klein’s brand and visual standards. The role contributes to store business results by driving daily sales goals, supporting associates, and handling operational work that keeps the store running smoothly under the guidance of the Store Manager. The Floor Supervisor serves as a key holder and leader on duty, with responsibility for opening and closing the store, coaching associates, and supporting the management team. The role also involves maintaining merchandise presentation and promoting an inclusive, motivating team environment.
Requirements
- Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, spark conversations, and build brand connections that support sales.
- Act as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing the store.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
- Process, restock, and remerchandise products in alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Support daily store operations and maintain brand standards and visuals.
- Promote inclusion, teamwork, and shared goals.
