About The Position

The Floor Supervisor leads on the sales floor and behind the scenes to deliver an excellent customer experience while upholding TOMMY HILFIGER brand standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role drives daily sales goals, supports an inclusive and motivating team environment, and serves as a key holder and leader on duty. The supervisor opens and closes the store, supports daily operations, coaches associates, and promotes the brand’s campaigns, products, and vision. Responsibilities also include processing inventory, restocking, and cashiering.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team-leader and key-holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create welcoming, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
Open and close the store and serve as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Promote current campaigns, product launches, and the TOMMY HILFIGER brand vision.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and support other sales-floor and operational tasks.
Help create a motivating and inclusive team environment.
