About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience, support the sales floor and behind-the-scenes operations, and uphold the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role provides leadership by driving daily sales goals and helping create a motivating, inclusive team environment. The Floor Supervisor serves as a key holder and leader on duty, takes ownership of opening and closing the store, supports store management in delivering an exceptional store experience, and coaches associates in real time. The position also involves engaging customers, promoting campaigns and product launches, and assisting with inventory, replenishment, and cashiering. The role requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and squatting, as well as carrying up to 20 pounds. The schedule is flexible and includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The stated pay range is $19.90–$25.15. Benefits are subject to eligibility, employment status, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand affinity.
Take ownership of opening and closing the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Promote current brand campaigns, product launches, and the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and support other sales-floor tasks.
Help foster a motivating and inclusive team environment.
Support daily store operations and resolve issues in the moment.
