About The Position

The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor and delivers a customer experience that reflects Calvin Klein’s brand standards and aesthetic. The role supports store business results and daily operations, including opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, coaching associates, and helping create a motivating and inclusive team environment. The Floor Supervisor also serves as a brand ambassador and maintains sales-floor presentation through processing, restocking, and remerchandising.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, engage them in conversation, and build brand connection to support sales.
Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
Process, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in alignment with brand standards and vision.
Support daily store operations and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
