About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience and uphold the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor takes a leadership role on the sales floor, drives daily sales goals, and helps create a motivating and inclusive team environment. The role includes opening and closing the store, leading by example, coaching associates in real time, supporting daily operations, and promoting the brand’s campaigns and products. The supervisor also assists with inventory processing, restocking, and cashiering.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage conversation, support sales, and build customer loyalty.
Serve as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing the store.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Promote the brand’s campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, and operate the register.
Help foster a motivating and inclusive team environment.
Support daily store operations and resolve issues as they arise.
