About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at TOMMY HILFIGER delivers an exceptional customer experience and supports sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this leadership role drives daily sales goals and helps foster a motivating and inclusive team environment. The supervisor serves as a key holder and leader on duty, supports store opening and closing, coaches associates, and contributes to daily operations and store performance.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage conversation, inspire sales, and build brand loyalty.
Take ownership of opening and closing the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Support sales-floor and store operations, including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering.
Promote and uphold TOMMY HILFIGER brand standards.
